ABR designs and develops sales tools that provide clients with the ability to reach customers through different means. These tools can be printed or developed online with the use of Adobe Flash. The customizable tools support the training in or education of a product or skill.

Examples include:

  • Performance Issue Troubleshooting Guide: An online directory of potential performance issues that enables users to drill down to corrective steps and coaching tips.
  • Interactive Call Tutorial: An online interface using recorded calls from an inbound call center that allows agents to assess how best to apply the tips and techniques provided during training.
