Accelerated Business Results Selected as Partner
to Launch Time Warner Cable Business Class Phone

Accelerated Business Results (ABR) partners with Time Warner Cable to launch new Business Class Phone product. ABR, a learning development company, has partnered with Time Warner Cable (TWC) in creating a training solution that supports TWC's rollout of a leading-edge new phone product.

TWC is launching Business Class Phone to satisfy the needs of businesses that are looking for one provider that can deliver comprehensive communications solutions. Voice communication is vital to the success of any business, and TWC Business Class (TWC BC) Phone is the answer to multi-line, crystal clear, reliable phone service.

To prepare for the product launch, all TWC BC employees need to understand and be able to promote the new offering. ABR is developing an instructor-led training solution customized to product sales and the sales process to give employees what they need to be brought quickly up to speed on the product. Well-trained employees will understand how to assess a customer's needs, make the right recommendations, and close the sale - all of which will lead to higher revenue generation for the Business Class Phone product.

Facilitators will spend two weeks in each division training and supporting the product launch, beginning in March and extending through spring of 2008. It is expected that 500+ employees will be trained during this nationwide launch. ABR was chosen to partner with TWC on this product launch for their industry experience, expertise in sales, and technical knowledge.
