Meet the Team
Amy Fox, President and CEO
Amy Fox, President and CEO of Accelerated Business Results, has a proven track record of leadership and achievement in sales and management, sales performance improvement, and training design. With more than 15 years of business experience, Amy’s extensive background and insight in the field of learning has fully equipped her to lead this innovative company, which she founded in 2002. She frequently fulfills requests to consult with leaders of Fortune 500 companies on their training and sales performance strategies, and has been a speaker at events for the Cable and Telecommunications Association for Marketing (CTAM) and the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD). Amy also has been cited as an expert source on training approaches by The Cincinnati Enquirer and Selling Power magazine.
Amy truly understands the diverse needs of today’s organizations—from increased sales performance to better communication, and product knowledge to leadership and coaching skills. Her leadership has driven ABR to consistently develop and deliver high-quality learning solutions with a reputation for professionalism, innovation, and most importantly, results.
“I’m always trying to think three steps ahead and ask what we can do to make a solution even better. I look for ways we can raise the bar so that we can continue to deliver the highest quality products and services,” says Amy.
Solid relationships are the core element that differentiates ABR, proven time and again by the company’s returning clients. While ABR’s client list is impressive, including Sprint, Comcast, Time Warner Cable, and Safeguard, the fact that so many of these companies seek out ABR for their continued training and consulting needs is even more impressive. Nearly every client that works with ABR continues to come back to them for their training needs, year after year.
“We really work hard at earning and maintaining a preferred status with each and every client,” Amy says. “I think everybody on our team has that mindset.”
Amy’s desire for ABR is to consistently create successful, world-class learning solutions for clients. This means that every solution, no matter the size or topic, is designed with the client’s unique needs in mind. Far from a cookie-cutter approach to learning, ABR strives to put the perfect solution into each client’s hands—solutions that will help solve problems and empower them to achieve their goals.
“As a company, we are passionate about caring for clients and nurturing relationships. We don’t just say that we believe in a good customer relationship—we know what a true partnership means and we deliver that with each and every project,” says Amy. “We look for any opportunity to come to the table with something unique that helps put our clients in a better position.”
