ABR

Karrin Frilling, Client Services Manager

Since ABR projects tend to be assigned according to individual needs, Karrin's unique coordination and organizational skills keep her in high demand. "It's my job to keep clients informed regarding what's going on internally," she says, "and which resources are being used to complete their projects." Although Karrin also works from time to time on content development by creating story boards and writing training manuals, she focuses heavily on logistics—such as scheduling meeting facilities. In other words, keeping an eye on the big picture and on how all individual strands will ultimately bring that picture to life.

Her impressive credentials, like a BA in communications from Purdue University, along with a previous job as an events planner for a small Chamber of Commerce, mean that she doesn't rattle easily. "I'm involved in a lot of minute responsibilities," she laughs. "But I've learned that suits me really well."
