ABR

Amy Evans, Director of Account Mgmt

An initial client consultation begins with one of Amy's special talents: asking open-ended questions which reveal specific needs and requirements. She inquires about business goals, proposed results and measurements of success. Then she discusses budgets and timelines, and whether the client might perhaps be better served through webinars or manager-delivered training, rather than working directly under ABR's instruction. "Over time, we build ourselves as their preferred business partner," Amy explains. "We continue to look for additional opportunities for ABR to deliver exceptional services."

Her real-world sales experience as an executive for an auto leasing company, as a telecom industry coach, and as a HR manager for a large retailer combines with a BS in business administration from South Carolina's Winthrop University and certification in adult learning methodologies. All enable her to work well with ABR's skilled facilitators to prepare them to deliver professional, interactive, results-oriented workshops and training sessions. "Creating customized content for a client is very effective," Amy says, "but it's my job to make sure that it's also applicable, credible, and truly helpful."
