Hello,

Excellent, I’ve googled “overserve” trying to find a solution to a problem at work and you are the first to articulate the problem. I have a co-worker who “overserves” a customer who comes in looking for a $30 item we don’t have turning everything into a special order. Great for the person who wanted the small item too bad about the 10 other people lined up waiting for service who actually want to buy something. It drives me nuts don’t know what the solution is but so glad I finally am not the only one that thinks it is possible to overserve.
