It was our third trip to our sons’ high school one rainy, cold day earlier this month and I was picking one of them up from wrestling practice. I was having a hard time pretending to be the supportive parent when it came to wrestling. Although his grades are good, he was already involved in volleyball (and no one in our family knows anything about wrestling!).
